Ayers|Saint|Gross will serve as the lead architect for the redevelopment of the Seaholm site. A|S|G will take the lead on the conceptualization process, serve as the design architect and work in conjunction with Susman Tisdale Gayle to produce construction documents.

A|S|G has extensive experience in public input process, therefore will be leading design charrettes and implementing a consenses based approach to reach a common vision. A|S|G will also draw on the expertise of STG and Dealey Herndon of Herndon, Stauch & Associates as the team moves through the conceptualization and design phases.
